IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Your contact information will not be sold. It will be used to communicate with you about the program (for example, if there is a technical problem that requires contact). It will be your option later whether you wish to share your contact information with others in your cohort.
2) If you don’t have experience with a particular question, or you’re just starting out, it’s perfectly fine to write “none”, “beginner”, etc. This is not to judge you but to shape the program to meet the needs of its members.
3) “Business” as used here refers to any organization that is involved in commerce in any way: a corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, nonprofit, government or academic institution, etc.
